But it seems even Cameron Diaz needs some help in nipping in a few wobbly bits.
The 40-year-old actress flashed a glimpse of body control underwear on the set of her film The Other Woman on Friday in New York City, after costar Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, 42, lifted her dress up while shooting a scene.

In the film, due out next April, Cameron stars as a woman who learns her boyfriend, played by Game Of Thrones star Nikolaj, is actually a married man.
After teaming up with the philanderer's wife, played by Leslie Mann, the spurned duo plot their revenge.
The actress looked visibly disgusted as she pushed her costar away when he tried to kiss her, but not before he managed to grope her bum and lift up the skirt of her fitted white dress.

She seems to be enjoying it: Cameron was seen allowing Nikolaj to kiss her neck, but the romance didn't last long

The star wore her platinum blonde shoulder-length hair dead-straight, and kept her makeup natural, save for a slick of rose-tinted lipgloss.
There appeared to be no hard feelings between the costars as they giggled together between takes.

The comedy is directed by Nick Cassavetes, who was behind the camera for The Notebook and My Sister's Keeper.
The film also stars rapper Nicki Minaj and model Kate Upton.
Meanwhile, it was announced on Thursday that Sony will be making a sequel to Cameron's 2011 comedy Bad Teacher, with Jake Kasdan returning to direct.
Cameron, who played a raunchy schoolteacher in the first film, is said to be working out her deal and is expected to return.
